CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT FEES

Physiotherapy & Pilates Classes:

  • We aim to accommodate all clients and appreciate timely cancellations to allow for rescheduling.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments (including “did not attend” without prior notice), will incur a $25 fee, which is not claimable through private health insurance.

APPOINTMENT DURATION

  •  Initial appointments are 30 minutes.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time for any necessary paperwork.

  • Follow-up appointments are typically 20 to 30 minutes in duration.

  • If you are running late, please contact us so we can do our best to accommodate you.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


You understand that your content (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.


You agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.
