In 1999, the doors of Semaphore Road Physio & Sports Injury Clinic opened for the first time. Over the last 25 years, SRP has seen incredible growth including a relocation further down Semaphore Road to expand to a larger space, the introduction of countless wonderful staff members (that life has taken in all different directions over the years), the introduction of additional services including Clinical Pilates, Massage Therapy & Women’s Health Physiotherapy, and so much more.

Despite the physical changes, SRP has always had a strong focus on our client-centred care and the community that we have established. Our incredibly loyal clientele are a testament to the community that we have formed, which extends beyond the 4 walls of a clinical treatment room. Some of our clients have remained with us for over 20+ years, and have been right alongside us to see all the changes that time brings, as we have evolved to keep up-to-date with the ever-changing times to provide the best possible services to our valued clients.

Our mission is to treat all people in the same way that we would if they were our own families – providing quality assessment, treatment, advice and management education. No matter the concern, we work closely with our clients to help them reach their personal bests and goals – in whatever shape that may take. As an extension to our practice mission, we want to help our clients reach their highest level of independence and physical functioning, so much so that you no longer need us (as much as we will miss you!).
