Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours)

Montanna graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of South Australia in 2021 and has since built a diverse career across both rural and metropolitan private practices. After kicking off her career as a New Graduate with the Semaphore Road Physio team, she returned to her hometown of Port Lincoln, where she worked for a year and a half, fine-tuning her skills and expanding her expertise.

With a solid foundation in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Montanna is passionate about helping people of all ages achieve their best health and well-being. She takes a hands-on approach to treatment, combining manual techniques with Exercise Rehabilitation for a well-rounded recovery process. Her additional qualifications in Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, and APPI Clinical Pilates further complement her treatment philosophy.

In addition to her physiotherapy expertise, Montanna has spent years as a Sports Trainer, working with the Port Adelaide AFL, SANFL, and AFLW teams. This experience has sharpened her ability to manage and treat sports injuries at the highest level.
