Maddison Harding
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours)
Physiotherapist
Maddison graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours) from the University of South Australia in 2021. She began her career in the Barossa, working with a diverse range of clients across Disability, general Musculoskeletal, and Paediatric Physiotherapy.
Maddison is passionate about helping clients of all ages move with confidence, recover from injury, and achieve their individual goals through evidence-based, patient-centred care.
After taking time off for maternity leave to care for her twin boys, Maddison has returned to the clinic with a renewed appreciation for balance, resilience, and the importance of functional movement in everyday life.
Her approach combines hands-on therapy with tailored exercise rehabilitation, ensuring each treatment plan is practical, achievable, and built around her clients’ lifestyles. Maddison particularly enjoys supporting children through their developmental milestones and assisting adults in overcoming pain, improving strength, and returning to the activities they love.
Outside of Physiotherapy, Maddison enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and maintaining an active lifestyle.
While still soaking up her time with her young twins, Maddison will be in the clinic on Fridays ready to help you feel and move your best!

Outside of work, Maddison loves spending time with her family and making the most of life’s simple pleasures. She enjoys cooking wholesome meals at home and exploring new cafes for a good coffee and bite to eat. When she’s not chasing after her twin boys, Maddison enjoys staying active through Pilates and gym sessions, as well as getting outdoors for long walks to soak up the sunshine and fresh air. She values balance, connection, and quality time — whether that’s sharing good food, moving her body, or relaxing with her loved ones.
